We are seeking a Stadium and Events Supervisor, you will be responsible for the hands‑on management, coordination, and safety of a stadium or venue during daily operations and during specific events, including sports matches, concerts, and corporate functions. You will act as the primary on‑site contact, leading staff to ensure seamless execution and a high‑quality guest experience.

Job Description

Event Coordination & Logistics: Planning and executing events, including pre‑event preparation, "load‑in," event‑day flow, and post‑event cleanup/teardown.
Team Leadership: Supervising, training, and rostering staff and assigning duties.
Health, Safety & Compliance: Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation and conducting risk assessments.
Operational Management: Overseeing daily site operations, including preventative maintenance and maintaining cleanliness standards.
Customer Service: Handling visitor inquiries, resolving complaints, and acting as the main point of contact for clients, performers, and promoters.
Financial Duties: Reconciling cash and reporting on costs.

Qualifications

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in venue management, hospitality, or event logistics.
Leadership: Strong ability to lead diverse, often high‑volume, teams under pressure.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, contractors, and teams.
Problem‑Solving: Ability to adapt to rapidly changing conditions during live events.
