* North Down Federation: Permanent Post – Full time post- 37.5 hours per week Ards Federation: Waiting list (12 months)- for permanent full time (37.5 hr) and part time hr) posts. Plus waiting list for other Permanent/Temporary Full/Part Time posts that may arise within the next 12 months in both Federations.

Initial work locations Bangor, Newtownards and Lisbane - please note roles are based in Practices within the Federation areas and subject to change based on business need.
Salary: £46,148-£52,809 per annum (pro-rata for part time) plus a range of attractive terms and conditions - including membership of the HSC Pension Scheme.

JOB SUMMARY
The post holder will be responsible for delivering safe, effective, and person-centred care across the practice population. As a highly specialist clinical resource within General Practice, they will provide expert care, advice, and support while working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure a coordinated approach across the patient pathway. The role focuses on the application of evidence-based practice, including initial assessments for patients of all ages presenting with undifferentiated or undiagnosed mental health concerns, with timely referral to appropriate professionals or agencies as required.
