Job Opportunity: Lead a Successful Pizza Store

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the store. Your key responsibilities will include:
* People Management: lead, mentor, and train your team members to achieve exceptional results.
* Mentorship: develop and implement strategies to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
* Cash handling procedures: ensure accurate and efficient handling of cash transactions.
* Stock management: oversee inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
* Deliver outstanding quality, service, and store profitability: drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and optimize store profitability.
* Customer services: provide excellent customer service, handle customer complaints, and resolve issues promptly.
* Branding and advertising: promote the brand's image and values through various marketing initiatives.
* Reporting and metrics: analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to drive business growth.
* Logistics: manage supply chain operations, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
* Inventory control: maintain accurate inventory levels, manage stockroom operations, and prevent stock shrinkage.
* Internal staff meetings: facilitate open communication, encourage teamwork, and build a positive work environment.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Written and spoken fluent English.
* A relevant Food Qualification or Degree is a strong advantage.
* Previous experience working as a Team Leader or Supervisor or Assistant Manager in hospitality or food.
* Experience of opening and closing store.
* Experience in supervising staff.
* Experience in operations.
* Experience in reporting and costings.
* Must be living with commutable distance to Drogheda.
* Must have up-to-date EU Passport or Stamp 4 Visa to be applicable for this role.
