We are seeking a seasoned project manager to lead our diverse portfolio of capital development projects in the Kerry Region.
About This Role
This is an exceptional opportunity for a skilled project manager to join our team and take charge of leading construction projects from start to finish. As part of our esteemed consultancy, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate all stages of construction projects;
* E nsure compliance with relevant legislation, including Safety, Health & Welfare at Work;
* Maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills;
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you must have minimum 7 years' experience in project management or a related field. A third-level qualification in Construction Management or Engineering would be highly desirable. Additionally, we seek someone with chartered status who can demonstrate leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.
