Based near Kimmage, the office supports a wide client portfolio with professional accounting and advisory services.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist the accounts team on a variety of accounts, from planning to completionIdentify any accounting matters, deal with them where appropriate, and refer complex matters to managers and partnersCompile management accounts from incomplete recordsLiaise directly with clients ensuring timely delivery of services and manage the relationship professionallyResolve client queries and plan workloads effectivelyUse Excel spreadsheets to present and analyze key informationEnsure client files are organized and up to date with new information and key changesPerform accounts preparation work on complex clientsHandle corporate and personal tax compliance work and, where appropriate, tax planningPrepare VAT returns, bank reconciliations, and perform other ad hoc tasksKey RequirementsPart-qualified/qualified ACCA or ACA with a minimum of 2 years' accounts preparation experience in a similar role.Additional RequirementsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsDependable and reliable team playerModelHybridSalaryCompetitiveBenefitsCompany Pension Scheme25 days of annual leave + bank holidaysAdditional annual leave days from certain levels of seniorityAbility to buy up to 5 days of annual leave to reach a maximum of 30 days per annumBusiness closure over Christmas*Life Assurance x4 annual salaryEnhanced family leave policiesEnhanced Company Sick PayEmployee Assistance Programme – 24/7 support, free and confidentialCorporate Discounts PlatformFlexible Benefits platform with options to opt-in to various insurances (dependent on level of seniority and self-funded at corporate rates), such as:PMI single or familyCritical Illness CoverCash planCycle to workEye careDental*subject to exceptions and business needs
