Position Summary We are looking for an exceptional Deputy General Manager to lead the opening of Home2Suites by Hilton Dublin and to play a pivotal role in positioning the hotel within the competitive Dublin market. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a milestone Hilton launch. As Deputy General Manager, you will plan and direct the safe and efficient daily operation of the hotel and assist with all aspects of the pre-opening, launch, and ongoing operations of this property. The position oversees the development and implementation of departmental strategies and ensures implementation of the brand service strategy and brand initiative What Youll Do Assist in all pre-opening activities: hiring, training, systems implementation, brand standard alignment, and operational setup. Work in conjunction with the General Manager to develop a strategic plan for the hotel with particular emphasis on operations. Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team with a focus on associate engagement and retention. Ensure all departmental areas are maintained and monitored in line with Marriott standards. Assist in financial performance, revenue strategies, and cost controls to maximize profitability. Actively promote the property within the local market and community, building strong partnerships and brand awareness. Work with the management team to ensure good morale is always maintained within the team. Candidate Profile Education & Experience: Previous experience as a Deputy General Manager or senior hotel leader in a branded hotel environment. Pre-opening or conversion experience is highly desirable. Strong understanding of Hilton systems and tools. Proven track record of delivering results across guest satisfaction, team engagement, and financial performance. Leadership Competencies: Inspires and motivates teams to achieve shared goals.
