We at the award winning 4* Annebrook House Hotel are currently recruiting a Sales, Marketing & Events Co-ordinator to take responsibility for enquiries and drive the sales forward from enquiry to confirmation.
The Candidate: We are looking to recruit a highly experienced individual who has an ability to work in a fast paced environment.
The ideal candidate would have 2 years experience in a sale and marketing role in the hospitality industry.
The successful candidate will:
Deal with all guest queries in a promptly manner according to brand standards.
Assist with all promotional events and sales PR events.
To maintain all guest profiles and details to ensure the hotel is being marketed to its best potential.
To ensure all hotel social media sites and the hotel website are up dated regularly and guests are responded to promptly.
To carry out market research on local competitors and local business.
Develop new sales leads and new sales business.
To compile the sales and marketing plan for the hotel.
To promote the hotel at all times.
To assist with all hotel and group marketing campaigns.
Required Skills : - Experience of using a booking engine -Excellent Microsoft Office Skills - Be able to work on your own initiative.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Excellent planning and organizing skills - Be able to cope well under pressure.
- Highly motivated.
- Ability to work late Evenings and Weekends
