Role Profile:
This is a unique opportunity for a lawyer to move into a niche in‑house position with a global brand offering a challenging and rewarding role. This company is interested in speaking with candidate from private practice or in‑house and are also interested in speaking with lawyers in the UK or Overseas looking to return to Ireland. The role will be varied in nature and will involve advising on:
Commercial Agreements;
Licensing Agreements;
Technology platforms;
Intellectual Property;
Data Protection;
Information Technology;
Brand protection;
E-Commerce;
Trademarks & Patents.
