Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare and execute inspections, including direct interaction with inspectors.
* Develop inspection lifecycle processes ensuring consistency across globally.
* Collaborate with functional areas to prepare for inspections, perform site readiness efforts.
* Lead in resolving compliance risks, guiding clients on regulatory expectations.
Requirements:
* Minimum 12 years of quality compliance experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Proven experience in compliance, data analysis, project management, and quality systems.
* Strong understanding of quality management systems and quality control processes.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
