The role of a videoDoc Doctor (Convenient Care Doctor) will be to provide high-quality, safe, compassionate and efficient care to meet the needs of our patients through online consultations.
You will be responsible for contributing towards a positive patient and clinician experience on videoDoc / Vhi Online Doctor (where applicable).
You will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and Medical Director.
Duties you should aim for the highest standard to be reflected in same.
• To work collaboratively with the Chief Operating Officer and Medical Director on all aspects of clinical quality • Participate in training both in the management of the digital interface and in providing the extra safety features associated with digital consultations • Provide evidence of continuing medical education • Keep up to date with medical developments, new drugs, treatments and medications • At all times, you should maintain confidentiality and impartiality • Perform ad hoc non-clinical tasks from time to time • Advocate for telehealth and best practice Please note, the above duties and responsibilities is not intended to be an exhaustive list and you may be assigned additional duties such as clinical audit from time to time by Management.
