The role of Sales Manager at KABE Ireland is primarily about building and maintaining excellent relationships with our clients - who are construction professionals - by providing informed sales advice, efficient order processing, good product knowledge and friendly customer service.
Strong initiative will be required to gain new business.
The Sales Manager will have the freedom to propose their own sales strategy and will be advised and supported by the company management, however they will also be responsible for growing the company's overall sales performance.
This position requires a strong and positive personality, and comes with a lot of responsibility as well as freedom.
The Sales Manager is the face of the company to everyone who visits our office/showroom - they need to be able to make a good connection with the client, understand their needs, and do everything possible to help them in their query.
Some traits of a good candidate would be positive attitude, good organisation, technical proficiency and a willingness to learn quickly.
The ideal candidate will have sales experience in the construction industry, preferably in a managerial position.
Knowledge of external insulation/renders would be a significant advantage.
Induction training as well as further upskilling opportunities will be provided by the company, however the Sales Manager will be expected to get up to speed very quickly.
This position offers a long progression path, with multiple potential promotions for a competent and committed person.
