Insight Private Clients Ltd, a leading financial planning advisory firm in Cork, is seeking a dedicated Client Manager to join our growing team. For over a decade, we've provided impartial, holistic advice to individuals and corporations across a wide range of services, including retirement and estate planning, investments, and personal and business protection.
Our firm has experienced consistent growth, and we are now seeking a client-focused professional to join our team, helping to proactively manage our existing client base and elevate their experience with our firm.
The Opportunity
This is a pivotal role where the successful candidate will become one of the primary points of contact for our valued clients. The candidate will work closely with our Client Consultants to support a selection of our clients. As part of the Client Team, the successful candidate will develop an intricate knowledge of Insight Private Client's client affairs by liaising on an ongoing basis with both clients & consultants, and help to enhance both the client experience and outcomes. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships by communicating our full service platform and providing proactive, actionable advice.
The core responsibilities will include:
* Presenting our comprehensive service platform to existing clients.
* Building and maintaining long-term trust through the delivery of consistent service and competencies.
* Identifying and pursuing areas of development within our Clients holdings.
* Translating complex technical and market information into clear, easily understood advice.
The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a motivated, self-starter with a strong work ethic who can work independently and show initiative.
Essential Qualifications & Skills:
* QFA (Qualified Financial Advisor) is required.
* In-depth knowledge of the Irish life and pensions market, including occupational pensions, PRSAs, and the regulatory environment.
* A solid grasp of technical assurance (systems and compliance frameworks).
* Excellent communication skills, including the ability to listen empathetically, present persuasively, and build strong rapport.
* A clean driver's license.
Desirable Qualifications:
* CFP (Certified Financial Planner) or RPA (Retirement Planning Advisor) is a significant advantage.
