About the Role NewKey Homes Ltd. is seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead our residential and commercial developments from inception to completion. While our Site Managers handle the day-to-day field operations, the Project Manager is responsible for the overall delivery of multiple projects, focusing on financial performance, strategic scheduling, and stakeholder management. Responsibilities Project Leadership: Lead the project lifecycle from planning and procurement through to handover. Financial Management: Control project budgets, monitor costs, and manage valuations/variations to ensure maximum profitability. Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive project programmes and ensure the Site Manager has the resources needed to meet milestones. Contract Management: Oversee subcontractor appointments and manage legal/contractual obligations. Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, local authorities, and senior management. Quality & Compliance: Support Site Managers in maintaining the highest standards of Health & Safety and ensuring all projects exceed Irish building regulations. Reporting: Provide detailed monthly progress reports on budget, timeline, and risk mitigation. Requirements Experience: Minimum 5+ years of Project Management experience within the Irish construction industry (Residential experience is a major plus). Education: A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field. Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of the BCAR (Building Control Amendment Regulations) and Irish planning laws. Software Skills: Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore, or similar) and Microsoft Office. Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, leadership, and conflict-resolution abilities. Mobility: A full clean driving license is required for travel to various sites. Why Join Us?
