Job Title: Administrative Support and Marketing Coordinator

Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and scheduling engaging content across various social media platforms.
- Maintain and update website materials for publication, contributing to the implementation of marketing campaigns, including advertising and events.
- Play a key role in marketing database development and preparation, working closely with the team to achieve goals.
Administrative Function:
- Ensure compliance procedures are followed and provide comprehensive general administrative support, including travel management.
- Offer secretarial and HR administrative assistance, handling telephone enquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Provide general office support administration, undertaking other duties as required to support the team.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a busy office environment, ideally within a Sales setting.
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Excellent PC literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams). Advanced Excel skills are highly valued.
- Social media experience or a strong aptitude to learn quickly.
- Knowledge or experience with CRM systems is advantageous.
- Familiarity with database packages (VBA knowledge a bonus).
