Are you an experienced Service Advisor looking to take the next step in your motor trade career? Baldoyle Auto Centre | Dixon Motors is expanding, and we're searching for a motivated, customer focused professional to join our busy service department.
About the Role:
As a key member of our team, you'll be the main point of contact for our valued customers ensuring their vehicles receive the highest level of care from booking through to handover. You'll manage service schedules, liaise with technicians, and deliver exceptional customer experiences every time.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone.
* Schedule service appointments and prepare accurate repair orders.
* Communicate effectively between customers and the workshop team.
* Provide updates on repair progress and ensure timely vehicle handovers.
* Maintain strong product and technical knowledge to offer informed advice.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the motor trade (essential).
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Customer first attitude with attention to detail.
Full, clean driver's licence preferred.
