Office Administrator – Programme Submissions CoordinatorOur client, based in Cahir, Co. Tipperary, an organisation dedicated to providing QQI validated, quality assured education and training programmes to the agricultural sector are seeking an ambitious Office Administrator – Programme Submissions Coordinator to join their expanding team.The Role:The main purpose of the role is to be the main point of contact for learner engagement regarding the submission of projects/assignments for the Green Cert programme. This will involve supporting the learners once they have enrolled onto their course, right through until they have achieved their QQI Certification.Reporting to the Business Development Manager responsibilities to include:Opening post on a daily basisTracking projects and assignments submitted via post or online and date stamping themSending receipt messages to learners on Compass (Student Management System)Sending reminder messages to learners on Compass SystemFollowing up with learners who are late submitting Assignments and Projects to ensure they submit same in a timely mannerPrinting off projects and assignments for correctionChecking the quality of the assignments and projects to ensure it meets the necessary standardsPreparing projects and assignments for correctionPreparing correction sheetsEnsure there are a sufficient number of correctors available to upcoming assignments and projectsContinually liaise with correctors to ensure corrections are completed within the appropriate timeframesEscalate any concerns arising out of course Projects or Assignments to line manager Provide cover for the administration team as requiredAssist with any other administrative tasks as required to ensure the smooth running of the officeSkills & Experience that we need:A qualification in administration or equivalent2 years post qualification experience working a busy office environmentExperience with MS Teams and MS Office essentialExperience in Customer RelationsSufficient professional knowledge to carry out the duties and responsibilities of the roleAbility to build good interpersonal relationships with Learners, Correctors and Administration staffAbility to multitask and prioritise effectivelyStrong organisational skills and attention to detailStrong communication skills, both written and verbalExcellent customer service skills with a professional and friendly demeanour.The Offer:The is a full-time permanent role with competitive salary of €32,000K-€33,500K per annum, depending on candidates' experience and qualifications.This role is based in the company's office in Cahir Co.
