Job Description
As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, your role will involve assessing project requirements and undertaking mechanical design across multiple disciplines.
You will be responsible for agreeing timescales and specifications with design teams, clients, and managers. This includes leading junior staff in the preparation of documents, reports, and health and safety risk assessments as well as interpreting commercial aspects of correspondence on multidisciplinary projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing delivery of assigned mechanical elements of multi-disciplinary projects across various sectors.
* Working closely with associated engineering disciplines to deliver projects effectively.
* Communicating with internal and external stakeholders efficiently.
* Conducting design work using relevant software (IES, Revit).
* Demonstrating technical expertise while developing junior team members' skills.
