Job Title: Process Control Manager
The role of a Change Control Specialist is crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of projects and maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and environmental compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ownership and management of changes through the client change control system, focusing on safety, quality, and environmental aspects related to large strategic projects.
* Initiation of changes when deemed necessary, considering their impact on processes, equipment, automation, utilities, and facilities.
* Collaboration with stakeholders to enable successful and efficient change progression, including Change Initiators, SMEs, Reviewers, Approvers, and other relevant parties.
* Identification and implementation of process optimization opportunities, such as hierarchy or dependency optimization, material control strategies, and task scheduling management.
Requirements:
* Good knowledge and experience in managing Change Control Systems and proprietary software systems.
* Understanding of unit operations and plant equipment, including Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation protocols (CQV) for process, equipment qualification, and clean & black utilities.
* Knowledge of Safety and Environmental procedures, as well as a high-level understanding of current regulatory environments and requirements related to change control.
* Experience in working in a project environment or CQV team, with a strong background in Quality management system policies, documentation, and procedures.
Qualifications:
* Formal qualification in a Science and/or Engineering-based discipline.
* Minimum of 3-8 years' experience in a related field, with hands-on attitude and excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
* High level of customer orientation/understanding, time management ability to deliver to timelines, attention to detail, and knowledge of Safety, GMP, and GDP requirements.
