A Day in the life as a Commercial Food Lead in Applegreen
Reporting into the Commercial Food Manager no two days are ever the same as a Commercial Food Lead at Applegreen. You will find yourself switching gears frequently, one moment collaborating with branded partners on a new menu launch, the next analysing sales data to spot emerging trends, or jumping in to resolve a supply chain challenge. You will balance strategic planning with hands on problem solving, working closely with colleagues across Food Operations, suppliers, and third-party delivery partners.

Technical Know-How
* Category Management & 3PD Tools: You can demonstrate the principles of retail category management and are familiar with third-party delivery platforms.
* Data Tools: You are highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and ideally experienced with Power BI or similar visualisation tools.
* Forecasting & Budgeting: You know how to manage cost of goods, prepare accurate forecasts, and contribute to budget planning.
Leadership & Interpersonal Skills
* Clear Communicator: You can present insights and recommendations with clarity and confidence to senior stakeholders.
