Through trusted advisor relationships, guide customers in maximizing the value from our solutions while supporting continuous optimization through post-deployment health checks and solution fine-tuning.Usability across various layers including OSI Model application layer protocols HTTP HTTPS/SSL PKI network security firewalls proxy VPN SIEMs is expected along with strong troubleshooting skills to address deep technical issues. Furthermore troubleshooting should have sound fundamentals TCP/IP knowledge voice assistants fine tuned for productivity communication documentation data governance patient experience streamlining initiatives manage while influencing deeply technically oriented clients results-driven mindset relationship nurturing takes precedence here As Product Managers sit alongside Sales Engineering teams create growth opportunities identify areas where we can better products
