Key Responsibilities:
* Develop strong relationships with clients, establishing trust and credibility through expert knowledge and consultation
* Conduct thorough product demonstrations and technical presentations, showcasing the benefits of our data center services
* Act as a liaison between the sales team and clients, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business acquisition strategies
* Provide high-quality post-sales technical support, driving customer satisfaction and successful service implementation
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science) or equivalent experience
* Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a related role, preferably in the technology industry
* Proven track record of success in sales or customer-facing positions, with a strong understanding of technical concepts
* Familiarity with hardware from major vendors (e.g., Dell, HP, Cisco, Juniper)
* Strong knowledge of data center best practices, including cabling standards and power distribution
* Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot server hardware, networking equipment, and related components
* Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
* Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Server+, or Cisco CCNA are highly desirable
