The INN at Dromoland - are currently recruiting for Breakfast Servers to join our team on a part-time basis across our food outlets. Flexibility is essential for this role.Applicants must be available to work a minimum of 3 days per week, including midweek and weekend shifts, shifts vary from start times of: 7:00am, 8:00am or 9:00am (subject to business levels)Main Duties and Responsibilities:Setting up of Breakfast Buffet, and assisting with preparation of restaurant for afternoon, evening service.Checking of all stations to ensure it is correct and ready prior to service.Ensure customers are served efficiently, accurately, and courteously, in line with hotel standards.Maintain the highest levels of hygiene, ensuring all food and beverage service areas are clean, tidy, and prepared for service at all times.Greet guests in a warm and welcoming manner and seat them where appropriate.Regularly check guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and ensure polite and attentive service.Maintain a close working relationship with the Kitchen Team.Develop a thorough knowledge of all food and beverage offerings to communicate confidently with guests.Deliver efficient service with minimal delay or disruption.Ensure a full handover is completed with the on-coming shift, including checklists, reports, and outstanding tasks.Candidate Criteria:Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel environment is required.Excellent attention to detail and high service standards.Well organised with the ability to work under pressure.Friendly, outgoing, and engaging personality.Knowledge with IT apps as this role will involve working with systems when putting through orders.Benefits:Leisure Centre MembershipSick Pay SchemeWellness Programme (health & wellbeing activities throughout the year)Pension Scheme (after 6-month probationary period)Discounted rates on accommodation, food & beverage, spa & leisure activities across Dromoland Castle ResortChristmas Gift CardsStaff meals provided whilst on dutyOngoing development and training programmesWork Authorisation:Only candidates who have the legal right to live and work in Ireland without restriction will be considered.
