As a hands-on Product Manager within the Design and Digital Products team at Accenture Song, you will play a critical role in the end-to-end product lifecycle—from ideation to delivery. You will work directly with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to create innovative products that meet business objectives, solve user problems, and deliver measurable value. In this role, you’ll balance leadership responsibilities with active participation in product development, driving both strategy and execution.
Your Impact & Responsibilities

Client & Stakeholder Management: Partner with clients to define goals and success metrics for product teams, crafting business cases and ensuring alignment of product features to business needs and user value.
Hands-on Product Delivery: Take ownership of product delivery, managing the product backlog, creating user stories, defining acceptance criteria and assessing post-delivery metrics. You’ll work directly with designers and developers to ensure the product meets customer needs and business objectives.
Product Strategy & Roadmapping: Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap that aligns with business goals, balancing short-term execution, MVP, phased delivery with long-term vision. Ensure that features are prioritised according to value and strategic impact.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, facilitating communication and managing expectations. Act as the primary point of contact for product-related questions, feedback, and decisions.
Agile Leadership: Champion agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) to ensure efficient product development. Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews, ensuring the team delivers on time and within scope.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Use a data-driven approach to evaluate product success, measuring business impact and user satisfaction. Conduct user research, A/B testing, and data analysis to inform product decisions.
Product Storytelling & Content Creation: Craft clear, compelling narratives for product features, translating complex technical concepts into easily understandable language for clients and stakeholders.
Conflict Management & Prioritization: Manage and resolve conflicts related to planning, scope, and prioritisation, ensuring alignment among teams and stakeholders.
Team Leadership & Development: Coach, mentor, and support the growth of junior product managers, fostering an environment of learning and collaboration.

Job Qualifications

At least 5 years of experience in product management and delivery.
Proven track record of successfully creating, managing, and delivering product roadmaps.
Minimum 2 years of client-facing responsibility, with accountability for product delivery.
A minimum of 3 – 5 years in people leadership, managing and coaching globally distributed teams.

Education & Language

Proficiency in English is required for effective communication with stakeholders across Europe and globally, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment.

Skills & Expertise

Expertise in mobile-first design and digital product development, with a strong understanding of responsive design principles, mobile app ecosystems, and creating seamless user experiences across devices.
Strong analytical and strategic decision-making skills, with expertise in product planning and prioritisation.
Solid understanding of product delivery models, from inception through execution.
Proven ability to manage product roadmaps and ensure alignment with business goals.
Experience partnering with clients to set goals, define success metrics, and manage expectations.
Ability to navigate conflict within teams, particularly around planning and prioritisation.
Deep knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean).
Hands-on experience creating user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs using tools like Jira and Confluence.

Communication

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying product ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to craft compelling product stories and content from scratch to demonstrate value and impact.

Bonus Skills

Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, Agile Product Management - APM, Certified Scrum Product Owner – CSPO) are a plus
