The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all logistical aspects of our tours, ensuring timely, clear and personal communication with guests.
The Travel Experience Coordinator will handle guest issues or complaints promptly and professionally, maintaining the highest standards of customer service. Additionally, they will work closely with our guides, providing them with detailed guide packs and ensuring smooth operations throughout each tour.
