Role: Tendering and Bid Writer
Client: Leading Residential Developer
Essentials: 3+ years' bid/tender writing experience; strong written and editing skills; knowledge of Irish public procurement processes.
Location: Office based in D2; hybrid flexibility.
Salary: €50,000 - €60,000

Reporting To: Director of Strategic Partnerships
1. Lead the end-to-end preparation of bid and tender submissions across public, private and strategic partnership opportunities
2. Develop bid plans, timelines and content schedules to ensure timely and compliant submissions
3. Coordinate inputs from finance, technical, PMO and subject matter experts across the business
4. Write clear, compelling responses for PQQs, ITTs and RFPs, aligned with evaluation criteria
5. Draft executive summaries, method statements and supporting documentation
6. Ensure all submissions meet internal governance, quality assurance and compliance standards
7. Maintain and develop a central bid library including templates, case studies, CVs and evidence documents
8. Edit, proofread and quality-check all bid materials for accuracy, consistency and brand alignment
9. Monitor tender portals and frameworks to identify new opportunities aligned with business strategy
10. Support bid strategy development through research, market insights and competitor analysis
11. Conduct post-bid reviews and capture lessons learned to improve future submissions
12. Track bid performance and success rates, maintaining reporting dashboards for senior leadership
