Job Title: Human Resources Manager
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment as a HR Manager, overseeing and enhancing recruitment and selection processes for hotel staff.
Main Responsibilities:
* Oversee the entire lifecycle of recruitment and selection processes for hotel staff, from initial application to onboarding and offboarding.
* Evaluate and enhance existing recruitment strategies to improve candidate quality and efficiency.
* Develop and implement effective training programs to maximize employee potential and performance.
* Collaborate with hotel management to provide strategic HR insights and support decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Minimum 1-year experience in Human Resources, preferably in the hotel or hospitality industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with hotel staff and management.
* Able to drive business growth through innovative HR strategies and solutions.
* Familiarity with Dalata Academy programs and courses is a plus.
