Job Title: Senior Engineering Project Lead
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineering Project Lead to oversee the structural design process from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, excellent leadership skills, and experience working with multidisciplinary teams.
This role requires:
* A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Bachelor's or Master's)
* At least 7-10 years of relevant experience in structural engineering design, including project management and team leadership
* Proficiency in engineering design and drafting software, such as Robot, STAAD.Pro, QSE, or similar tools
* Strong working knowledge of structural analysis software and ability to produce detailed, high-standard technical designs and drawings
* Proven track record of delivering medium-to-large scale projects within tight deadlines
