We're on the search for a Senior Account Executive who's keen to progress to the
next level. We're looking for a creative, driven, and enthusiastic individual with
relevant agency experience who will play a key role in delivering integrated BTL
campaigns across advertising, events, and shopper marketing channels. You'll be
the day-to-day client contact, managing projects from briefing to execution, while
ensuring exceptional service and seamless delivery.
What are the traits of a Senior Account Executive:
Will act as a support point of contact for clients, building trusted relationships and
understanding their business objectives.
Will support the Account Manager/Director in planning and delivering Advertising,
BTL campaigns, including live events, in-store activations, and shopper marketing
programmes.
Will manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure campaigns are
delivered on time and within scope.
Will brief and coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and freelancers (e.g., designers,
production houses, event staff).
Will monitor and report on campaign performance, preparing post-activity
evaluations and insights.
Will help to prepare client presentations, status reports, and cost estimates.
Will contribute creative ideas to proposals, pitches, and brainstorming sessions.
Will help to ensure compliance with brand guidelines, health & safety, and regulatory
requirements for events and in-store activity.
Day To Day
Assisting all Project Management & Agency processes equally across all
clients including planning, CPA. budgeting, creative, talent etc
Assist in the on-time & on budget project delivery
Responsible to keep Senior Account Manager and Account Director up to
speed with Project progress and ensure their guidance or input is sought in
the appropriate places
Should assist the Senior Account Manager to proactively anticipate, plan, and
deliver the project in full, including all resources, materials and logistics
required to achieve the project
Assist in management of job cards for all client projects, ensuring delivery of
the project within the acceptable profit margins
Contribute to writing all project presentations
Contribute to all project documents
Support in the writing all promo & project Copy
With support of Senior Account Manager compile all T&C Docs
Contribute to the writing all award submissions & case Studies
Aspiring to write or publish an Industry piece
Production of high-quality ongoing reporting with actionable insights
Skills & Experience you'll need:
1-2 experience in a client-facing role within a marketing, events, or
shopper agency (BTL experience essential)
Strong understanding of events, experiential, and shopper marketing
channels
Excellent organisational and project management skills with strong attention
to detail
Confident communicator with polished client service skills
Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and suppliers effectively
Good understanding of production processes for events and POS
Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Experience with Canva design programme is an advantage
