The Design Manager will oversee design processes, coordinate with project teams, and ensure designs meet client specifications and organizational standards. Responsibilities include managing design schedules, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, reviewing and approving designs, and resolving technical design challenges. The role entails ensuring quality, compliance, and the successful delivery of project milestones within timelines.QualificationsStrong expertise in Design Management, including coordination, planning, and project executionProficiency in Mechanical, Electrical, and/ or Civil systems design processesExperience in quality assurance, compliance, and technical problem-solvingExcellent communication, team collaboration, and leadership skillsCapability to manage design schedules and ensure timely project deliveryFamiliarity with construction and commissioning processesBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related fieldExperience in managing large-scale design processes is an advantage
