Role OverviewTikTok's SMB (Small and Medium size Business) team aims to help businesses, agencies, and brands of all sizes unleash their creative side and connect with our audience. The Agency Partner Manager will work with SMB agencies in a one‑to‑many structure to drive revenue, educate and build long‑term relationships in the Nordics market. This role requires exceptional consultative sales, coaching, and a passion for client service/partnerships.ResponsibilitiesRaise the bar – be results focused, grow revenue, educate and lead strategic conversations with SMB agencies in the Nordics market. Identify and create compelling sales propositions using internal and external data for agencies in specific regions, industries or objectives that can be pitched at scale with minimal customization.Make your own discoveries – grow a deep understanding of TikTok's products, processes and tools. Demonstrate expertise in all matters relevant to your book of business, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve agency issues.Assume ownership – work with small and medium sized agencies to optimize and improve the performance of their TikTok campaigns and identify programmatic ways to do this at scale.Embrace change as an opportunity – have a growth mindset: learn when you don’t understand, accept challenges, seek solutions‑oriented feedback, and view uncertainty as an opportunity to thrive.Collaboration creates value – support new team members as they learn about our products and processes, share knowledge and empower peers, and liaise with cross‑functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic initiatives.QualificationsMinimum: Proven experience in marketing, media sales, and/or online advertising with direct client management experience.High oral and written fluency in Swedish, Danish, Norwegian or Finnish, and in English.Proven experience working with agencies or in an agency partnership‑type role.Ability to influence buy‑in and build relationships with key stakeholders while prioritizing and managing a client portfolio, tasks, and projects within a fast‑paced environment.Preferred: Solid knowledge of online advertising fundamentals (campaign setup, optimisation, KPIs).Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals with a large book of business, identifying, prioritising and securing business opportunities.Entrepreneurial mindset – able to think strategically, adapt quickly, and deliver results in a scaling organisation.Creative, outside‑the‑box thinker and strategist with a team‑player and collaborator mentality.
