Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate with the design team and client representatives to ensure full alignment on project objectives, scope, standards, and electrical performance requirements.
Own the transition of the design from construction issue through site execution, ensuring constructability, technical compliance, and timely resolution of site-driven design queries.
Chair and actively contribute to weekly design and construction coordination meetings, driving engineering decisions and closing out technical actions.
Manage all subcontractor technical interfaces, clearly defining scope boundaries, reviewing methodologies, and ensuring efficient and compliant execution of works on site.

Assume ownership of all electrical and HV technical submittals during the construction phase, providing continuity from design intent through installation.
Plan, attend, and technically lead Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) in conjunction with the Project Manager, ensuring equipment compliance and readiness for site installation.
Conduct regular site inspections and daily construction walks to monitor progress, resolve technical issues, support subcontractors, and enforce engineering and safety standards.
