">Technical Support Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a technical professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and support.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day technical support for our CRM/ITSM system and end user self-service portal environments. This includes managing and escalating incidents and service requests, investigating and troubleshooting system issues, coordinating access requests, and leading and participating in UAT activities.
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to communicate system updates, known issues, and testing activities. You will also ensure data integrity and quality within the CRM system and develop and maintain user support materials.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide day-to-day technical support for CRM/ITSM system and end user self-service portal environments.
* Manage and escalate incidents and service requests.
* Investigate and troubleshoot system issues.
* Coordinate access requests.
* Lead and participate in UAT activities.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A third-level qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Data Analytics.
* A minimum of 3 years' experience supporting CRM/ITSM or similar platforms from a technical perspective.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Experience working in a strong customer-focused environment.
* Ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams.
