Job Description
As a Product Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and growth within the company. Your responsibilities will encompass coordinating departmental activities, overseeing product development processes, and managing personnel within the assigned department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate all aspects of product development activity related to a product line.
* Direct integration of RA, QA/QE, Operations, Clinical, Marketing, Sales, and Packaging Engineering teams.
Project Management
You will create project schedules, plans, and budgets for new product development or line extension projects. Additionally,you will assess department priorities and make assignments to direct reports to ensure projects are completed on time.
Main Objectives:
* Create comprehensive project plans that meet division goals.
* Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Design Manufacturing Transfer
You will oversee the transfer of new products from design phase to manufacturing locations while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
