Ensure the timely completion of Consulting Services Agreements and credit checks.Complete special projects, lead office projects and other responsibilities as assigned.Critical TasksConsistently achieve or exceed individual sales targets and KPIsActively contribute to team success through collaboration and knowledge sharingRepresent Oxford in the market through client meetings, industry events, and networking activitiesYouProven experience in B2B sales, ideally within consulting or staffing in the Life Sciences industryTrack record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior decision-makersHighly self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environmentStrong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesEducationBachelor’s Degree (preferred)Location: Home-based role with regular travel across the Leinster region for client meetings and industry events.
