About the job Responsibilities: Prepare and issue detailed weekly reports on costs and revenues for senior stakeholders, providing clear analysis of key movements and emerging trends. Produce monthly cost reports for commercial teams across multiple sites in Ireland and Europe, highlighting significant changes and insights. Present monthly updates to senior management on revenue, cost, and margin performance. Collaborate with operations teams to clarify queries in financial submissions and ensure data accuracy. Identify and summarize key discussion items for inclusion in weekly and monthly reviews. Escalate issues or discussion points requiring senior attention or follow-up. Monitor project spending, track performance against budgets, and maintain financial discipline across projects. Partner with commercial teams to interpret forecasts and projections, offering data-driven insights and commentary. Apply a sound understanding of revenue recognition principles, work-in-progress (WIP), and contract accounting to ensure accurate reporting. Contribute to the enhancement of financial reporting tools and dashboards, particularly through the development of Power BI analytics and visualizations.
