The Role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive
Team Administrator
to provide high-level support to a busy group of investment professionals. This role is varied and fast-paced, requiring exceptional organisation and adaptability. Key responsibilities include:
* Preparing accurate, high-quality Excel reports and updating portfolio company data using Dynamo CRM.
* Liaising with portfolio partners to gather and manage essential information.
* Providing diary and travel management support to the team.
* Adapting to shifting priorities and ensuring seamless delivery under pressure.
About You
* Strong administrative experience, ideally supporting a team in a fast-moving environment.
* Advanced MS Office skills (particularly Excel) are essential.
* Comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders and able to build strong working relationships.
* Flexible, solutions-focused, and eager to learn new systems and processes.
* Financial services experience is advantageous but not essential.
