Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our busy and high-potential South Dublin branch.
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role where you will take full ownership of branch performance. You'll have the autonomy to shape the future of the branch while being fully supported by central specialist teams across Purchasing, Stock Management, HR, IT, Finance, and Facilities.
1. Commercially driven individuals with a strong focus on delivering results in a fast-paced environment will excel in this role.
You should be able to provide outstanding customer service while fostering relationships with key stakeholders. A proven track record of building and maintaining effective teams is also essential for success.
Requirements:
* A minimum 5 years experience as a Branch Manager or equivalent in a retail or sales environment;
* Proven ability to drive business growth through commercial acumen and strategic planning;
* Solid understanding of financial management principles including budgeting forecasting reporting and analysis;
