Bid Manager Role Overview
Design Build Search is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of bids and proposals, developing clear, compelling content designed to win work and support business growth.
* Manage the entire bid process, from opportunity identification to coordinating resources and ensuring on-time submission.
* Collaborate with senior leadership to drive strategic business development efforts.
* Cross-functional collaboration to source relevant content and insights for persuasive proposals, marketing collateral, and presentations.
* Cultivate relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to unlock new business opportunities.
* Stay informed on digital tools and technologies relevant to content management and process automation.
* Take ownership of visual and design elements for both digital and printed bid responses.
* Evaluate submissions against client specifications and align them with project goals.
* Track and evaluate bid performance, including post-submission reviews and feedback sessions.
* Research market trends and competitor activity to identify emerging opportunities.
* Work closely with the marketing team to uphold brand standards and maintain content consistency across all platforms.
