Were looking for a dynamic and driven Senior Meeting & Events Executive to join our busy Meetings & Events team.
If you're passionate about delivering exceptional event experiences and driving revenue through creative sales strategies, this is the role for you.
What Youll Do: As a Senior M&E Executive, your primary focus will be to grow revenue and maximise yield across meetings, conferences, banqueting, room hire, and F&B services.
You'll be the key contact from enquiry to execution ensuring seamless, high-quality experiences for our clients while supporting the wider M&E and Sales teams to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate a variety of events including conferences, meetings, weddings, exhibitions, private dining, and product launches.
Respond promptly to M&E enquiries and follow up on leads to convert business.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business.
Generate and distribute detailed function sheets to relevant departments, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
Issue contracts and quotations in a timely and professional manner.
Conduct pre- and post-event client meetings and site inspections.
Work closely with the Sales team to analyse booking trends, denied business, and identify new opportunities.
Ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently including billing, credit arrangements, contracts, and client correspondence.
Liaise with the Reservations team to stay informed on rates and availability.
Promote a proactive, sales-driven culture within the hotel.
Support the M&E Office Manager with ad-hoc projects and departmental tasks as needed.
What Were Looking For: Proven experience in hospitality sales and event coordination.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills written, verbal, and interpersonal.
A collaborative, team-focused attitude.
Proficiency in Opera and other hotel management systems.
Sharp attention to detail and a passion for precision.
Adaptability and resourcefulness in problem-solving.
A confident, professional approach with both clients and internal teams.
