The Role
Youll be responsible for smooth daily operations, delivering outstanding guest experiences, and supporting the wider hotel team. This is a hands-on role for someone who is passionate about food, service, and team development.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage restaurant operations each shift
* Motivate, train, and mentor the front-of-house team
* Ensure high standards of service, hygiene, and safety
* Oversee scheduling, training, and performance management
* Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships
* Handle guest concerns with professionalism
* Work with senior management to meet financial targets
What Were Looking For
* Proven experience in restaurant management (4* or 5* setting preferred)
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
* Solid knowledge of food and beverage operations
* Hands-on management style with attention to detail
* Ability to inspire a positive, high-performing team culture
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
