Job Role: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to coordinate, develop, and execute all client contracts and change orders for newly awarded and ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and develop contracts and change orders for newly awarded and ongoing projects.
* Work simultaneously on numerous contracts and/or change orders.
* Interact with legal, sales teams, and contracts managers to determine the appropriate terms and conditions.
* Develop an understanding of applicable tools and templates.
* Solicit input and review from relevant operational departments.
* Develop cash-neutral payment schedules as required.
* Work with contract managers to determine when client questions/comments require input from legal or senior management.
* Provide project/financial analysis to justify supporting information prior to client submission.
* Update tracking systems in a timely manner with concise, accurate information.
* Develop and maintain client/project files and tracking tools.
* Responsible for management of own clients.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field.
* Prior experience in contract analysis, finance, or related field.
* Proficient in Excel.
* Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
