Clarity are looking for an experienced Nurse Specialist (General or Mental Health) to join a multidisciplinary Drug Court team based in Dublin. The role is a great opportunity for agency nurses looking to develop their skills in hospice care. 37.5 hours/week available but part-time hours can be discussed.

Duties
Managing a caseload of Drug Court participants from referral to programme completion
Completing comprehensive addiction, physical and mental health assessments
Monitoring treatment progress, medication adherence and clinical risk
Participating in court sittings, pre-court reviews and multidisciplinary case conferences
Providing clinical support, health education and relapse prevention interventions
Coordinating care with addiction, mental health, homeless and community services
Advocating for participants and supporting engagement with treatment and recovery pathways
Contributing to audit, service development and best practice in addiction care
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in General Nursing or Mental Health (Required)
Eligible to work in Ireland and valid NMBI
Extensive experience working in addiction services
