Job Description
As a Change Management Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business transformation and ensuring seamless execution of complex projects. Your expertise in change management, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery will be instrumental in achieving our clients' goals.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting engagements across private and public sector clients to deliver change management, project management, engagement, business readiness, and supporting the People Consulting practice.
* Delivering projects and/or workstreams across transformation programmes including technology projects, organisation design programmes and other change programmes.
* Working as part of delivery teams to support client requirements but may also involve other core service offerings such as communications planning implementation etc).
