You will become an integral part of the team, while also undertaking the relevant insurance exams (APA and CIP) and a Level 8 degree in Business Studies through ATU Sligo.

Role Responsibilities: Quote, convert, renew, and maintain general insurance policies for both new and existing customers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.Support the claims department by accurately logging information and ensuring completeness in documentation.Provide exceptional service to customers through inbound and outbound telephone calls, emails, and general administrative tasks, consistently demonstrating high customer service standards.Engage with customers to meet and exceed their expectations while maintaining integrity and professionalism.Proactively anticipate potential customer issues and take appropriate actions to resolve them swiftly.Contribute to the continual improvement of quality and efficiency within the team, identifying areas for enhancement.Adhere to company quality and underwriting standards, as well as comply with the Financial Regulator's Minimum Competency Code, Consumer Protection Code, and other relevant regulations.Participate actively in achieving individual and departmental targets and objectives, supporting overall business goals.Engage fully in Inclusive Leadership sessions with your manager, demonstrating a proactive approach to personal learning and development.
The Apprenticeship programme is a work-based learning programme and requires timely submission of on the job assessments, attendance at and successful attainment of ATU Sligo and CIP exams as part of the programme.
