We move fast, lead with accountability, grow through challenges, and bring positive energy into everything we do.Join us and be part of a global, collaborative team where trust and innovation drive everything we do.ABOUT THE ROLEThe Supply Chain and Material planner will be responsible for the coordination and execution of all activities related to the planning and purchase of excipients, devices and components.The Supply Chain and Material planner will also be responsible for the operational supply chain, covering procurement, expediting and logistics.This role will form an integral part of a team which optimizes the flow of materials (order to release) while considering warehouse capacities and inventory targets.This individual will collaborate closely with finance, legal, project managers, global supply chain, engineering and operations.Main missions:Material PlannerEnsuring full procurement process is properly conducted from creating suppliers, creating part numbers, raising POs, placing POs to supplier, receiving payment by collaborating with technical team, supply chain managers, global planner, category manager and finance.Collaborating with the category manager, coordinating & managing the supplier with supplier agreements and contracts put in place when & where applicable. Identifying potential constraints and interface between supplier and key internal stakeholders to ensure issue resolutionPlanning material delivery schedules with suppliers in alignment with the global planner to meet sales requirements.Maintaining Raw Materials and Component inventories within target, while minimizing excess, obsolete and expired materialsPartnering with Category Manager to drive Supplier performance improvement, including quality and on-time delivery in line with production requirements.Pro-actively support resolution of invoice queries by being the main interface to finance2. Supply ChainSupply Chain lead for designated projectsBuild the Supply Chain Project Plan, global cost model & the project cashflow for decision makingManage the procurement of raw materials with vendors and plan production with manufacturers to ensure on time & in full deliveryChallenge material and production costs & lead times (raw materials, shipping, inventory, …)Coordinate shipping of goods in cooperation with the global and local freight manager.Track actual supply, production & shipment vs plannedEnsure ERP system is properly updated3. Inventory managementConduct monthly inventory (ERP report)Monitor slow and obsoletes with the objective of staying within defined target4/ Expertise & Continuous improvementIdentify issues and opportunities for improvements in the supply chain team and processLead transformation projects with cross-functional teams to improve the processes & toolsOther duties as assigned by direct manager.ABOUT YOUYou are/have:Education and/or ExperienceDegree in Procurement, Business, Purchasing or related disciplines3-5 years' experience in a Supply Chain, Material Planner or related role.SkillsGood planning and organizational skillsProactive & problem-solving orientedFlexible approach and ability to work well under pressureAbility to multi-task and meet deadlinesTeam player, ability to work with other departments, and build relationships with them, strong communication skillsGood command of both spoken and written English.Advanced user of MS ExcelPrevious experience with ERPs and particularly Dynamics 365TOPPAN is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
