The primary objective of this role is to oversee the smooth operation of daily hotel activities and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage hotel operations during shifts, maintaining seamless service across all areas.
* Serve as the first point of contact for guests, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
* Lead, motivate, and support staff to achieve operational excellence.
* Maintain adherence to health, safety, and hygiene procedures.
* Liaise with department heads to uphold service standards and guest satisfaction.
* Monitor and manage staffing levels, breaks, and shift changes.
* Collaborate in training and development of team members.
* Respond to emergency situations and ensure guest safety at all times.
Requirements:
* Prior experience as a Duty Manager or in a supervisory capacity within a hotel or hospitality environment.
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Able to remain composed and professional under pressure.
* Exceptional customer service and guest relations abilities.
* Must be residing in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
