The working hours are 35 per week, fully onsite and the hourly rate being offered is €***** Job Description Maynooth University is seeking to recruit a Postgraduate Marketing Officer to provide marketing and recruitment support for micro-credential courses.
The successful candidate will make a crucial contribution to the success of the University's Micro-credentials project by ensuring that courses are widely promoted through all appropriate channels and opportunities and that prospective students have access to clear information on their options.
Duties will include: Supporting the Postgraduate Recruitment Team in all marketing and recruitment operations including marketing collateral and social media management.
Supporting the integration of Micro-credential marketing into the wider postgraduate programme marketing annual plan.
Identifying opportunities to promote the University's Micro-credential offering to prospective audiences.
Creating student testimonial content for use in marketing initiatives.
Creating email marketing content to showcase Micro-credential programmes.
Representing the University at events to showcase the Micro-credential offering to a wide audience.
Any other additional duties assigned by the Postgraduate Recruitment and Marketing Officer.
The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience in marketing, ideally in higher education.
Previous experience with using marketing and communication platforms such as a CRM, Canva and social media management tools.
Previous experience in writing copy / content for marketing purposes.
Proven ability to work on own initiative, manage a number of issues simultaneously, meet deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team, supporting colleagues and continually improving work practice.
Highly organized approach with demonstrated excellence in attention to detail (written and oral).
Excellent IT skills (including Microsoft Office).
