Job SummaryThe Education Support Manager works with Academic Officers and professional staff to manage and oversee postgraduate education activities across Trinity. The role collaborates closely with the Office of the Dean of Graduate Studies to inform the development and delivery of world‑class postgraduate programmes and academic standards.ResponsibilitiesOversee all activities relating to postgraduate education within the Academic Affairs unit.Build and maintain strong relationships with Academic Officers, academic and teaching staff, and professional university staff.Collaborate closely with the Office of the Dean of Graduate Studies on programme development and quality assurance.Provide leadership and support to the professional team and College Academic Officers.QualificationsExperience in higher education programme management or a related field.Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.Self‑directed with proven ability to work independently and resolve problems.Demonstrated initiative and a track record of delivering results.Knowledge of postgraduate education and academic standards is desirable.BenefitsPermanent contract.Full‑time, 35 hours per week.Salary: Administrative 1, points 1‑3 – €70,942 – €91,774 per annum (in line with Government pay policy).Equal OpportunitiesTrinity welcomes applications from all individuals, including those with disabilities, those who have taken time out for family or caring responsibilities, and international applicants.
