Maintain continuous awareness of the airworthiness status of each aircraft in the managed fleet and ensure that all required operational and emergency equipment is serviceable before dispatch. Develop, amend and control the Aircraft Maintenance Programme (AMP) in accordance with applicable EASA regulations. Plan and oversee all scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities, including major maintenance events, base maintenance visits and assist-visits, as directed by the Fleet Principal Engineer. Manage and control life-limited parts (LLP), hard-time components (HT), airworthiness limitations, and certification maintenance requirements. Coordinate and monitor MEL, CDL, Pre-Flight Inspection and Test Flight procedures, including those related to aircraft delivery and redelivery. Ensure proper maintenance and airworthiness data management, including accurate and timely maintenance records, coordination with contracted MROs, and control of approved data (task instructions, part numbers, modification status). Update and maintain all relevant technical, maintenance and configuration data in AMOS and other approved systems. Provide inputs, reports and statistical analyses for the Reliability Programme, and support review of programme effectiveness. Approve, control, monitor and schedule non-routine and deferred maintenance tasks. Provide clear and compliant work instructions to contracted maintenance organisations. Assess and plan the implementation of Airworthiness Directives, Operational Directives, mandatory continuing airworthiness requirements, modifications, repairs and other regulatory obligations. Coordinate with aircraft, engine and component manufacturers, maintenance organisations, Flight Operations and other departments in relation to technical issues or operational disruptions. Participate in material planning when relevant to assigned maintenance activities. Check and verify invoices related to maintenance activities within the area of responsibility. Participate in the receiving and recertification processes of complex assemblies (e.g. APU, engines, landing gear) in AMOS. Act as on-site CAMO representative during base maintenance checks and support aircraft acceptance upon completion of maintenance. Support the integration of aircraft into the fleet, including technical review, configuration verification and documentation compliance. Provide technical support for the Airworthiness Review Certificate (ARC) process. Support investigations of technical incidents and events conducted by the Type Certificate Holder, OEMs, the Compliance Department or Regulatory Authorities. Undertake technical projects and tasks as assigned within the scope of the Technical Services Department. Perform other duties as reasonably required by the Fleet Principal Engineer. Required Qualifications Recognised aeronautical engineering qualification or demonstrable equivalent experience in an airline/CAMO/MRO environment. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Continuing Airworthiness / CAMO / Technical Services. Practical working knowledge of EASA Part-CAMO, with a solid understanding of interfaces with Part-145, Part-66 and Part-M. Fluent English (written and spoken) with proven ability to produce clear technical reports and formal correspondence. Required Skills & Competencies Proven ability to manage continuing airworthiness activities in accordance with Part-CAMO and approved organisational procedures. Experience with Airworthiness Directives (AD): assessment, compliance planning, scheduling, tracking and evidence pack management. Competence in managing Airworthiness Limitations / ALI, CMR, life-limited parts (LLP), hard-time components, and configuration control (mod/repair status, CSN/TSN). Ability to issue clear, compliant technical scopes/work instructions to contracted maintenance providers and ensure timely closure of actions. Strong capability to interpret and apply OEM/TC Holder data (e.g., MPD/MSG-3, AMM, IPC, SB/SL) and translate it into actionable CAMO/AMP requirements. Proven experience in technical records control and compliance evidence management (traceability, EASA Form 1 documentation, logbooks, accurate status records). Proficient in AMOS: maintenance forecasting, component control, configuration status, AD/AMP status reporting. Strong MS Office skills for reporting, data analysis and KPI tracking. Ability to provide data inputs, reports and statistical analysis for the Reliability Programme, and support AMP effectiveness reviews in line with approved procedures. High attention to detail, strong planning/prioritisation skills and ability to manage multiple regulatory deadlines.
