Overview of the role
Reporting to the COO, the Business Unit / Sales Coordinator supports the business development and operational activities of the facilities management unit. This role plays a key part in managing client communications, preparing proposals and presentations, coordinating internal resources, and ensuring the efficient execution of sales and operational processes.
* Design Management
* Ensure the provision of healthy and safe working conditions and that both clients and
* Arrange all Contract Review Meetings throughout the year.
* Completion of Audit Schedule each year.
* Tracking of all holidays and sickness for FM business on Workday system.
* Collaborating with HR ensuring staffing structures on all contracts are updated.
* Ad hoc event management upon request.
* Diary and email management and Ad hoc travel arrangements for the FM COO.
* Working with other Operational managers to ensure the collaborative development of
* the business, effective team working, and support to colleagues.
* Promoting and maintaining the core Values
* Work with Sub-contractors and Business Development Manager to ensure the
* best price for all sales opportunities.
* Support of Mobilisation as and when required.
* Prepare performance dashboards and KPIs for the business unit.
* Track expenses, invoices, and budgeting information related to sales activities.
Key Skills & Qualifications
* Good knowledge of facilities/ property management.
* Strong communication skills, both verbally and written.
* Provide accurate administration of all paperwork generated at Office level.
* Highly skilled and efficient in the use of Microsoft Packages
* Work within a busy office environment and support office teams
* Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Facilities Management, or a related
* field.
* 2+ years of experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably in facilities
* management or a service industry.
* Ability to work independently and within a team.
